Each natural energy stone and crystal products are unique and one of its kind.

In cases of return or refund, you may email and follow up with WhatsApp your appeal within 3 days of the delivery date (not unboxing / unpacking / opening box date) for a replacement that we deem fit if you received a damaged or broken item by sending the pictures and videos of unpacking the courier box with all details that may be helping with your appeal including the inspection of the goods after opening the box.

Goods can be returned for exchange but non-refundable, provided the goods is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging.

For hygienic reasons, we will strictly consider if the case is acceptable for exchange for our energy crystals and gemstones.

Kindly take note that in any case where replacement / exchange is approved, your replacement / exchange will not include shipping costs, and shall only proceed once we have received the physical item back in our store.

Also, take note on:

a) For exchanges to products of same or lower price, no refunds will be given.

b) For exchanges to products of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference in amount.

c) Products sold at discounted prices and gift cards will not be allowed for return.

d) Delivery charges paid in the original order in the purchase receipt are non-refundable.

e) Personalized products and services are not entitled for exchange or return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We are not help responsible for the risk of damaged or lost goods during the return shipment, thus kindly use an insured and reliable courier provider. Once we have verified the proof of goods received from the return delivery, we will proceed accordingly.
