1. I am looking for a suitable crystal gemstone. How do I get started?

We have many stones in store. For health, good luck, marriage, protection from evil energies and good karma, hot temper, mood swings etc. you may let us know what you want to improve we can propose something suitable for you, and your budget =)

2. Do you provide custom length bracelets?

Yes, we do! We provide custom length services for kids and adults bracelets.

Our standard-length bracelets are approximately 18 cm long for size below 11mm bead size (6-10mm). These sizes will suit exact 16cm wrist size.  

11mm bead size and above (11-12mm) will be at 19cm long. Bigger beads will correspond with longer bracelets. However, these sizes will suit exact 16-17cm wrist size.

If your exact wrist is 17cm and above, to purchase beads below 11mm size, you will need a custom length by contacting us thru WhatsApp. There will be a discounted charge on the additional beads required. 

If your wrist size is below 16cm wrist size and would like to resize the bracelets into shorter length, you may leave a note at your order or contact us thru WhatsApp to inform about the required bracelet length.

We will need an exact wrist size to prepare the estimated suitable length for you.

Custom Orders:

Different customer has different comfort definition. Some prefer dangling loose, some prefer fitting to skin.

Best is to let us know how many beads you are wearing and what’s the bead size, so we can estimate the length according to  your current bracelet length.

Due to each bead sizes have variation of less than 1mm, it will result in total bracelet length example 16cm long can be 16.0 to 16.9cm

Shipping Cost shall be borne by Buyer for Return for Resizing Again

Custom length depends on each individual’s preference. 

As much as we would like to make your perfect size, due to online orders limitation, we can only help to estimate your preferred length. 

So there is no guarantee of the length received will be fully satisfied. However, we will still help to restring if there is a need

In any circumstances where 5-star rating is not given due to unsuitable length, customer will be revoked of their eligibility to join our membership.

3. Can I come to view the products in person before purchase?

We are operating fully online at the moment. Our location is available for pick up upon payment with appointment basis only

Kindly get a confirmed appointment date and time before coming over for collection by liaising with us thru WhatsApp. Walk-ins without appointment are not available.

However, if you already have items you confirm to purchase but just want to view in person before making payment, you may make appointment with us thru WhatsApp and send a screen shot of the items you have confirmed. 

We will liaise with you thru WhatsApp by sending pictures or videos to you for your clearer view before confirming the appointment. 

4. Do I need to cleanse the items upon receiving?

All the goods have been cleansed and blessed before shipping out. You may use your crystals and stones upon receiving. However, if you wish to re-cleanse them, you may do so at your own convenience.

5. How do I care of my crystals and stones?

For jewelry items, please refrain from wearing them during sports, shower, or when performing strenous activities. 

Avoid oil, lotion, perfume or other chemicals on your natural crystal and gemstones.

Charge and cleanse your bracelets whenever is possible to maintain good energies in them. You may purchase the cleansing item in our store.

6. Do you have installment plan?

Yes, we do provide installment plan via Grab Pay Later and Atome at the moment. Meanwhile, we are working on other installment methods with the local banks.

7. How much is delivery?

Delivery fee depends on the location of receiver and total weight for the items purchased. You may view the delivery fee at your checkout page. 

Don't worry about the delivery, we offer free delivery if purchase above RM150 for Peninsular Malaysia and above RM300 for Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan. 

We shipped to Singapore and other countries as well. If you find your country not listed in our store, please do not hesitate to contact us to check on the shipping fee.  

We will get the best rate for you. 

8. What is your return policy?

Each natural energy stone and crystal products are unique and one of its kind.

In cases of return or refund, you may email and follow up with WhatsApp your appeal within 3 days of the delivery date (not unboxing / unpacking / opening box date) for a replacement that we deem fit if you received a damaged or broken item by sending the pictures and videos of unpacking the courier box with all details that may be helping with your appeal including the inspection of the goods after opening the box.

Kindly take note that in any case refund / replacement / exchange is approved, your refund / replacement / exchange will not include shipping costs, and shall only proceed once we have received the physical item back in our store.

9. Can I exchange items?

For hygienic reasons, we do not encourage exchanging goods as we have prepared and blessed every item that has been purchased. 


 10. Okay, I have made my payment. Who am I supposed to contact if I want to get an appointment for pick-up?
